Low pressure will deepen over Illinois and then move into the Great Lakes region on Monday. This system will bring us rain tonight followed by high winds on Monday with the passage of a cold front. Even though Monday starts out somewhat mild, it will be much colder by the end of the day.
TONIGHT: Cloudy and breezy with periods of rain. Low 52
MONDAY: Mostly cloudy, very windy and turning colder in the afternoon with showers and a chance of a thundershower ending by early afternoon. Winds will be southwest 20 to 30 with gusts to 50 mph possible. AM High 56 falling through the 40s in the afternoon.
TUESDAY: Mostly Cloudy and Chilly. High 36
The chilly air returns for Tuesday. Highs drop back into the 30′s. It looks like Wednesday will be a dry travel day around here, but snow showers will be possible on Thanksgiving.
