TROTWOOD, Ohio (WDTN) – Trotwood city leaders conducted a conference call Tuesday with Target representatives.
They hope to change their minds about closing the store on Salem Avenue.
As of now, the plan remains to close the store in May.
The city manager posted an open letter to the community on the city’s web site.
There is also petition drive to keep it open at Change.org.
A ‘shop-in’ is also planned for February 1 to encourage residents to buy items at the Trotwood store.
