COLUMBUS, Ohio (WDTN) – Governor Kasich made an emergency energy declaration last month about a propane shortage in our state.

2 NEWS did some checking Tuesday with the Ohio Emergency Management Office for you to see where things stand.

The agency released the following statement to us:

“The situation remains an emergency, however it is slowly improving. EMA and PUCO staff are still managing calls to help consumers get propane supply and will continue to do so with the coming winter storms.”
