Local man arrested for sixth OVI

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A local man was arrested for OVI for the sixth time.

Dayton police arrested Ronnie Lipps Tuesday along Smithville Road.

According to the police report, Lipps hit the cruiser as police stopped him. They say he got out of his car staggering and slurring his words.

Police reported that Lipps blew a .208. He was booked into the Montgomery County Jail.
