LEBANON, Ohio (WDTN) – A bumpy start Friday night at the new Miami Valley Raceway in Lebanon.

There was a power outage just fifteen minutes before the first harness races were scheduled to start at 6:30 p.m.

Raceway officials decided to cancel races for the night when the power still wasn’t on at 8:00 p.m.  Investigators believe the source of the outage was outside the raceway, but the investigation is not complete.

Fans were offered a refund and chance to return Saturday night for the 6:30 p.m. post time.
