HARRISON TOWNSHIP (WDTN) – The man accused of sexually assaulting a young child inside a Harrison Township church pled no contest Monday to a charge of rape.

Prosecutors said Blake Cole, 20, raped the child in April 2012.

Cole was arrested after a Montgomery County Sheriff’s deputy, who was working as church security, told investigators he caught Cole sexually assaulting a young child.

Montgomery County Common Pleas Court Judge Michael Krumholtz found Cole guilty and scheduled his sentencing for Feb. 24. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
