Dayton man pleads guilty in shooting death

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A Dayton man pleaded guilty Wednesday to involuntary manslaughter and felonious assault.

Tarrell Postell, 26, faces a mandatory fifteen year prison sentence for shooting Jason Rutledge in February 2013.

Prosecutors say Rutledge got caught in the middle of an argument between Postell and another man at a duplex on Ravenwood Avenue. Gunfire was exchanged and Rutledge was hit.
