BELLEFONTAINE, Ohio (WDTN) – A Logan County deputy accused of drunk driving resigned.

The Bellefontaine Examiner reports that Sgt. Tony Robinson submitted his letter of resignation to the sheriff Tuesday.

Investigators say he was involved in a two car crash on February 4 at South Main Street and Saxon Drive.

A police report indicates that Robinson refused a field sobriety test at the scene and was cited for OVI.

He entered a not guilty plea in court.
