Police investigate home therapist’s claim of attack

TROY, Ohio (WDTN) – A Troy man is charged with abduction after a home physical therapist claimed he tried to rape her.

Police were dispatched to the home after the woman called 911 around 2:00 p.m. Wednesday.

They say she told them a man “fell on top of her and kept forcing himself on her”.

Harold Roux, of Troy, is now charged with one count of abduction and a count of disruption of public services.

Police say further investigation could bring more charges.
