COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — Ohio motorists who’ve filled up in the last couple days will have noticed that gas prices are rising.

The cost for a gallon of regular gas in Ohio was averaging $3.44 in Monday’s survey from auto club AAA, the Oil Price Information Service and WEX Inc. That’s 4 cents higher than last Monday, and it’s the third straight week the price has risen.

The national average is about $3.36 per gallon, which is up 7 cents from last week.

The Ohio average is 17 cents higher than this time last month — but 37 cents lower than a year ago.
