BELLEFONTAINE, Ohio (WDTN) – The woman accused of a fatal hit-and-run that killed a Marine made her first court appearance Tuesday.
Holly Fowler pleaded not guilty to failing to stop after an accident and tampering with evidence.
A Bellefontaine Municipal Court judge set bond at $50,000.
Fowler is accused of hitting Marine Monica Plank earlier this month while Plank was walking with her husband on South Main Street.
