Missing man located in Atlanta

MORAINE, Ohio (WDTN) – Moraine police say a missing man has been located in Atlanta.

Cecil Rooks, Jr., 76, who suffers from dementia, was reported missing at 6:45 p.m. Wednesday. Officers say he was supposed to be at Voss Cadillac in Centerville at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Early Thursday morning, police told 2 NEWS Rooks is in Atlanta. Family members are on their way to pick him up.
