DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – James Leach is wanted for burglary and kidnapping by Dayton police. On February 3, police say Leach and two others entered a home in the 200 block of North Westview Avenue. Once inside, they ordered a 10-year-old girl to go into the bathroom and shut the door. The suspects then took property from the home. Leach is 19 years old, 5’10” and 175 lbs.

Robert Hand is wanted by Dayton police for felony domestic violence. On February 22, police say Hand assaulted the mother of his children in the 500 block of Groveland Avenue and also ransacked her apartment. Hand is 48 years old, 5’10” and 180 lbs.

Jesse Phipps is wanted for burglary by Dayton police, who say twice during the month of February, Phipps stole items from a relative’s home in the 1200 block of Irving Avenue. Phipps is 26 years old, 6’0″ and 165 lbs.

Amanda Campbell is wanted by Dayton police for receiving stolen property. Police say during the month of December, Campbell made several withdrawals from an ATM using a stolen debit card. Campbell is 35 years old, 5’11” and 195 lbs.
