FAIRFIELD TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WDTN) – A Butler County man was flown to the hospital after a car fell on his head and chest.

Medics were called to a home in the 2700 block of Tylersville Road Wednesday afternoon.

A relative of the victim, James Noe, 49, was able to free him by the time medics arrived.

Investigators say he was working underneath his car when the jack slid and the car fell.

He was flown to University Hospital in Cincinnati where he said to be stable.
