SPRINGBORO, Ohio (WDTN) – A hookah bar in Springboro was busted and accused of  providing a place for underage drinkers to drink.

Off the Hookah owners, Justin Wooliver, IV, and Saleh Awad are charged with providing public accomodations for underage persons.  They are also accused of operating without a liquor license.

Police were tipped to the alleged Saturday drinking party by a man who told police he was chased from the South Main Street bar.

Officers found close to 15 people inside when they arrived, six of which were under age. Police say they all admitted to drinking. They were issued citations for being intoxicated.

The owners were arrested and released on their own recognizance.

What is hookah, you ask?
