WAYNESVILLE, Ohio (WDTN) – The two suspects accused of murdering a Wayne Township man will be tried separately.

Trial dates were set Wednesday in Warren County Court for Austin Myers and Timothy Mosley.

They are accused of killing Justin Back at his home in a planned attack then dumping his body in Preble County.

Prosecutor David Fornshell says Myers’ trial is now set for September 22 while Mosley’s trial is set to begin November 5.

Both Myers and Mosley pleaded not guilty to the January murder.

They both face the death penalty if convicted.
