Man accused of selling drugs near a school

GREENVILLE, Ohio (WDTN) – A Dayton man is behind bars after his arrest for selling drugs near a school.

Jesse James Phipps, 26, is facing drug trafficking charges after a meth bust in Greenville Wednesday.

It happened within 1,000 feet of Greenville Junior High School which could add harsher penalties to Phipps punishment if he’s convicted.
