DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The Flyer and Raider women learned their match-ups for the NCAA Tournament Monday night.
The University of Dayton women’s basketball team was selected as the No. 6 seed, which is the highest in program history. They’ll take on No. 11 Florida in the team’s fifth consecutive trip to the NCAA Tournament.
That game is set for Sun., Mar. 23 at 3:00 PM in Bryce Jordan Center, University Park, Pa. You can watch the game on ESPN2.
The Wright State women’s basketball team, the N0. 14 seed, will face No. 3 seed Kentucky in the opening round. The Raiders are headed to the NCAA D-1 tournament for the first time in program history.
The Raiders will play on Sat., Mar. 22, at Memorial Coliseum on the UK campus in Lexington. You can watch the Raiders and Wildcats face off at 11 am on ESPN2.
