MIDDLETOWN, Ohio (WDTN) – Several people are facing charges after a meth lab is found in Middletown.
Officers executed search warrants early Wednesday morning, at 3 homes in the 3100 block of Rufus St. Police said one home was vacant, and the remains of a methamphetamine lab was found in the backyard. In another home, detectives discovered an active one pot meth lab, items used to make meth, meth and heroin.
Through the course of the investigation, Middletown Police said several people were arrested:
Kyle Peck is charged with drug instruments.
Cody Tester is charged with possession of heroin and possession of methamphetamine.
Mark Martin was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant.
Shannon Graham is charged with drug instruments.
David Peck is charged with illegal manufacturing of methamphetamine, tampering with evidence and drug abuse.
Melissa Earls is charged with permitting drug abuse.
Chelsie Peck is charged with drug instruments.
Anthony Saylor is charged with illegal assembly of chemicals.
Police said two other women were questioned and released.
