2 arrested after 4 people shot


HAMILTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Two suspects were arrested after a teen was fatally shot and three others were wounded.

Miniko Hicks, 20, and Donyell Walker, 18, are charged with murder in the death of 14-year-old Jashawn Martin.

Police were initially called to the 600 block of William Howard Taft Road around 3 p.m. Friday.

When crews arrived, they found Martin along with three other victims with gunshot wounds. Three of them were taken to University Hospital and one was taken to Children’s Hospital.

Martin later died from his injuries. The other three victims sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

Additional charges are pending in the case.
