Mom accused of driving kids while high on crack

SOUTH CHARLESTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A South Charleston woman is accused of driving under the influence of crack cocaine while her two children were in the car.

Amy Kelly, 36, is charged with child endangerment.

She was stopped by South Charleston police Friday on North Chillicothe Street.

Deputies say they found two oxycodone capsules and crack pipes in her car alongside the two kids.
