Clark State official arrested in prostitution sting

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Clark State Community College Performing Arts Executive Director,  Stuart Secttor was arrested after soliciting sex to an undercover police officer posing as a prostitute.

Dayton Police said Secttor communicated online with an undercover cop he though was a prostitute.

On March 18, around 3 p.m., authorities said he drove to Dayton from Springfield and met with a police decoy for what he thought would be sex in exchange for money. Police did not specify the exact amount.

Police arrested Secttor, along with 15 others, in an undercover operation to help put a stop to online soliciting and sex trafficking police said.

Twelve of the 13 men arrested in the three day operation were not from Dayton, authorities said.

Secttor is charged with soliciting for prostitution and possession of criminal tools.
