DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A 21-year-old Greene County man will spend the next 32 years behind bars.

Micah Tuck admitted to robbing a Gamestop store in Xenia and kidnapping two if its employees last July.  Then, after releasing the men, Tuck involved Xenia police in a shootout.

Judge Stephen Wolaver said Tuck’s lack of remorse influenced how much time he was sentenced. Tuck’s attorney, John Meehling, said his client’s actions are unexplained. According to friends and family, he has never shown aggression.

Greene County prosecutors say Tuck wanted to be in the Army, but was not admitted. He also wanted to be a police officer.

He will not be eligible for parole for 13 years.
