XENIA, Ohio (WDTN) – The man involved in a shootout with Xenia police in July of 2013 following a robbery at a Game Stop store was sentenced, April 3.

Micah Tuck was ordered by Greene County Common Pleas Court judge to 32 years in prison.

Tuck pleaded guilty in December 2013 to charges of attempted aggravated murder, aggravated robbery and kidnapping.
