Bull semen stealer violates probation

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (WDTN) – The Clark County woman who stole bull semen in 2011 is back behind bars.

Clark County Sheriff Gene Kelly says Karen Saum failed a drug test in violation of her probation.

Saum was convicted of stealing about $100,000 worth of bull semen. Investigators say she was selling it on the black market to fund a drug habit.
