Dayton man wanted for sweeper hose beating

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (WDTN) – Clark County sheriff’s deputies are searching for the man they said beat a Bethel Township woman with a sweeper hose.

The victim told investigators Wesley Tigner, 33,  entered her Gerlaugh Road home Thursday and hit her on her head, leg and arm.

Tigner, of  618 Hickory Hill Drive in Dayton, is wanted for felonious assault and aggravated burglary.

Sheriff Gene Kelly said Tigner has an extensive criminal history and should be considered armed and dangerous.

The victim was taken to Miami Valley Hospital for treatment.

He name and condition have not been released.
