16-year-old girl accused of robbing bank

CINCINNATI, Ohio (WDTN) – A 16-year-old girl is accused of robbing a bank.

Cincinnati police responded to the PNC Bank on Paxton Avenue just after noon Monday.

They say the suspect handed the teller a note demanding cash.

She got away, but wasn’t free for long.

Police tracked her using a GPS unit that was dropped into the bag of stolen money.

The 16-year-old was taken to the Hamilton County Juvenile Detention Center charged with robbery.
