Charges filed in death of 16-year-old bicyclist

SIDNEY, Ohio (WDTN) – A Shelby County man is now charged with vehicular manslaughter following a fatal crash in March.

The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office says Richard Kuck, 72, of New Knoxville, was driving his pickup truck along Lock Two Road March 18 when he hit a bicyclist near Kettlersville Road in Van Buren Township.
