Suspected thief caught on camera

OAKWOOD, Ohio (WDTN) – Oakwood police are on the lookout for a woman they said recently used stolen credit cards at area stores.

The cards were stolen from the Old River Athletic Complex in Oakwood.

The cards were used at stores near the Fairfield Mall and Dayton Mall for purchases totaling $17,000.

Security cameras where the credit cards were used captured images of a younger white female, who police said used the cards.

A possible suspect vehicle involved in the thefts is an older model Ford Explorer, tan in color with a blue strip along the bottom.
