DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A Dayton man is now charged with aggravated vehicular homicide after a fatal crash in October 2013.
Jerimy Rowland, 37, was indicted Friday. Prosecutors say he was speeding when he collided with another car at Geneva Road and Sylvan Drive. An 8-year-old boy was killed.
They say the boy was the son of Rowland’s girlfriend. La’Kell Newland was killed instantly.
Rowland is charged with four counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and one count of endangering children.
