OVI checkpoint in Clark Co. Friday night

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (WDTN) – The Clark County OVI Task Force will hold a sobriety checkpoint Friday night.

It will be set up on West First Street in Springfield beginning at 7:00 p.m.

The checkpoint is is set up to get as many impaired drivers off the road as possible.

The OVI Task Force wants to reminds you to always designate a sober driver or call a cab or someone who can give you a safe ride home.
