Two Piqua teens arrested for firing shots

PIQUA, Ohio (WDTN) – Piqua police have arrested  a man they say fired a shot during an altercation.

They took Justin Sturgeon, 18, into custody Friday night. Officers say he and a 15-year-old threatened two people walking down Wood Street Thursday afternoon.

Investigators say Sturgeon fired a shot while the other teen displayed a gun.

The 15-year-old is in custody, charged with tampering with evidence and aggravated menacing.

Sturgeon faces felonious assault charges.
