Police: Employee trashes fast food restaurant

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Police were called to what was described as a restaurant rampage after an employee apparently lost his temper.

Dayton police said the employee found out he had been transferred from the Lee’s Famous Recipe store on Troy Street to another restaurant location.

That’s when the man is accused of smashing the stores cash registers and the soda dispenser. He also threw a tray of chicken and potato wedges on the floor.

Police said he employee caused about $3,200 in damage.
