Dad in trouble after fight breaks out on school bus

BETHEL TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WDTN) — A Clark County dad is in trouble after his son gets into a fight with another student on the bus.

Stanley Gibson, 38, was arrested for disorderly conduct and menacing.

According to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, a fight broke out on a school bus between two students Thursday around 2:30 p.m. The bus driver pulled the bus over to the side of the road to wait on assistance from the principal.

Meanwhile, one of the boys involved in the fight called his dad and he arrived. Deputies said Gibson hit the door getting on the bus and started yelling and cursing at the bus driver. Gibson then threatened to assault the other juvenile that got into a dispute with his son.

Gibson then walked off the bus and left the scene.

Gibson was arrested and booked into the Clark County Jail.
