Child suffers head injury after bus rear ended

MORAINE, Ohio (WDTN) – A child was hurt after a car rear ended a school bus Monday afternoon.

Police say the West Carrollton school bus was stopped at the railroad crossing on Main Street near Dryden Road around 4:00 p.m.

They say a car somehow rear ended the bus. There were 11 students onboard. Some were transferred to another school bus while others waited for their parents at the police station.

A medic was sent to the police station for a little girl who suffered a head injury. The driver of the gray car was also hurt.
