PREBLE CO., Ohio (WDTN) – A crashed semi came to rest in a field in Preble County Tuesday evening.

Interstate 70 eastbound just west of Route 127 near West Manchester was down to one lane after the crash.

State troopers tell us there is no damage to the semi, so they believe the driver suffered some sort of medical problem.

The crash is the second one that investigators believe medical conditions played a role.

The first one happened on Interstate 75 northbound at US 35 just after 6:00 p.m.

Rescuers believe the driver had a heart attack, lost control of his rig and it hit a wall.

We’re told the victim was revived at the hospital.

No other vehicles were involved.
