SPRINGBORO, Ohio (WDTN) – It looks like a former bus driver may have to serve five days in jail after she was caught on camera drunk driving with children on board.

Sherry Callahan couldn’t keep her balance during a field sobriety test in Springboro earlier this year.

She blew a .05 which means she could legally drive a car, but not a bus.

Callahan was ordered to complete an alcohol prevention program by a Wednesday court appearance or be forced to serve the jail time.  The judge ruled that Callahan did not show documents that proved she completed the program.

He ordered her back into court May 14 to either produce the paperwork or go to jail.
