DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Three local colleges will hold graduation ceremonies this weekend.

Ohio Governor John Kasich will speak at the Sinclair Community College ceremony scheduled for Sunday, May 4 at 6:00 p.m. at U.D. Arena.

Before Sinclair students take center stage, nearly 2,000 University of Dayton students will graduate including undergrads, graduate students and law students.

“We definitely are seeing more of our students mulling job offers this March, April and May compared to last March, April and May,” said Jason Eckert, University of Dayton director of career services.

Wright State students graduate Saturday at the Nutter Center. About 2,000 students will march to the stage beginning at 10:00 a.m. to receive their diplomas.
