Case of mumps confirmed at Miami University

OXFORD, Ohio (WDTN) – A case of mumps is now confirmed at Miami University.

The school sent out an email to students Friday afternoon.

It says a female student was reported to have the virus.

The Ohio Department of Health says a total of 310 cases of mumps were reported in central Ohio, many linked to The Ohio State University.
