DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A Dayton man is complaining after one of his cars was hit along the same stretch of Wyoming Street for the second time in two weeks.
Jennings Adkins told 2 NEWS it is actually worse than that. He said Friday morning’s smash-up was the 13th time someone crashed into one of his vehicles within the last 23 years.
He said he just bought his daughter’s car and someone slammed into that one as well.
For several years he said he’s gone to city hall for help and says they have done nothing to slow the traffic.
2 NEWS asked Dayton’s Director of Operations Steve Finke about that stretch of Wyoming Street and if anything is being done to make it safer. He says traffic engineers are looking at the data and will see if any changes should be made.
