DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A Montgomery County jury found two men not guilty for two deadly shootings at a Huber Heights nightclub in May 2013.
Prosecutors accused Korwyn Moore of killing Keenan Hall that night.
They said Hall’s brother, Michael Hall, shot and killed Charles Bell that same night.
Moore was found guilty of having weapons under disability, which carries a penalty of up to three years in prison. His sentencing is scheduled for May 28.
Hall was acquitted of all charges.
