Man arrested after bothering customers

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) –Dayton Police arrest a man who they say was harassing customers outside a grocery store and pharmacy.

Kevin Asbury, 27, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

According to police, Asbury was intoxicated and bothering customers at the Kroger and Walgreens on Wayne Avenue Friday afternoon.

When officers arrived, they said Asbury was being disorderly and yelling. Store employees also told police he was asking customers for money and threatened a worker.

When police put him in handcuffs, he tried to take off running, but he fell because his pants were around his ankles.

Asbury was booked into jail.
