Man arrested for disturbance at Burger King

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — A man was arrested after causing a disturbance at a Dayton fast food restaurant.

Bobby Wilson, 48, was booked into jail on charges of disorderly conduct.

According to police, Wilson ordered food at the Burger King located at 1129 Brown Street after 7:45 p.m. Friday.

Officers stated Wilson didn’t pay for his order, and then screamed and cursed at the workers demanding his food. Officers stated there were children inside the restaurant at the time as well as cars going through the drive-thru.

An employee stated that Wilson got in her face and lunged at her multiple times as if he was going to punch her.

When police responded, they said Wilson screamed until he was cuffed.

He was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
