MORAINE, Ohio (WDTN) – Chinese manufacturer Fuyao invested in the Miami Valley to the tune of a $15 million purchase of a huge chunk of the old General Motors plant in Moraine.

The chairman of the company says he hopes to hire 1,000 people by the end of 2016.

The millions his company spent bought 1.4 million square feet of the site to build an estimated four million sets of automotive glass a year.

So, what did the state give Fuyao to take the plunge and open up shop in Moraine?

The Ohio Tax Credit Authority is expected to release those figures Tuesday.

Our Pam Elliot will be in Columbus to break down those figures for you.
