Troopers say the car was speeding when Tittle drove off the side of the road, crossed back over to the other side, then hit a tree.

The impact tore the car in half upon impact.

The Bureau of Criminal Investigation conducted the DNA testing which ruled out Culpepper and Luthe as potential drivers.

The Montgomery County Coroner released the toxicology results for all three teens:

  • Daniel Tittle- (17 YO) .218 Blood Alcohol
  • Charles Luthe- (16 YO) .108 Blood Alcohol
  • Wesley Culpepper- (15 YO) .124 Urine Alcohol
