WARREN COUNTY, Ohio (WDTN) – A Michigan man is behind bars following a discovery during a traffic stop in Warren County.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol stopped a car on I-75 in Warren County Thursday, for a marked lanes violation. As troopers walked toward the vehicle, they said they smelled raw marijuana.
A probable caused search revealed three lbs. of hydroponic marijuana, 10 lbs. of marijuana butter, three marijuana chocolate bars and 18 marijuana gummies. Troopers also discovered two marijuana plants on the rear floorboard.
The contraband has an approximate street value of $65,000.
The driver, Robert Vargason, Jr., 57, of Inkster, Mich., was incarcerated in the Warren County Jail and charged with possession of marijuana, a third-degree felony.
