Security alarm sounds after church broken into

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Police are investigating after someone broke into a Dayton church.

Officers were called to the House of Faith Church located at 831 Groveland Avenue after 2 a.m. Saturday after the ADT security alarm was set off.

Police said three glass block windows were broken out of the side wall and the side door was unlocked.

Church workers determined nothing was stolen from the building. They believed the alarm startled the culprits. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
