Pocketknife pulled in assault

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — A man was booked into jail after his cousin said he intentionally cut him with a pocketknife.

Terry Myles, 59, was arrested on felonious assault charges.

Police were called to he 900 block of Custer Place just before 7 p.m. Saturday.

The victim told officers he was outside his home when his cousin, Terry Myles, and Myles’ wife stopped by. He said when Myles reached to shake hands with him, Myles pulled out a pocketknife and cut his hand.

Myles then left the scene.

The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Myles was taken into custody.
