Semi hits guardrail, shuts down I-70

A semi driver loses control…shutting down the eastbound lanes of interstate 70 overnight.
Officials say the driver side-swiped a guardrail in a construction zone near the Arlington Road exit.
Crews were called in to pump the diesel fuel from the tractor trailer’s tanks to avoid a possible fuel spill.
