GREENVILLE, Ohio (WDTN) – The annual Annie Oakley Festival in Greenville just won’t be the same this year.

Organizers announced the festival will move to a new location. It will be held at York Woods on U.S. Route 127 instead of the Darke County Fairgrounds.

The new space is more compact and offers more tree cover. Festival visitors can expect the same events and attractions.

On the downside, the Annie Oakley Festival Parade is canceled due to lack of volunteers and community support.

The festival is scheduled for July 25 through 27.

Visit the festival web site for more information and applications for vendors who want to set up their goods.
